Woodlands Speaks - Project launch

Woodlands Speaks is a new project launching in Woodlands Model Village during August. The main aim of the project will be to provide an interactive forum for the community to find out about local news, events and activities using alternative forms of media such as film and pictures with the facility to provide feedback using the Woodlands Speaks blog. It also aims to strengthen the public’s voice in decision making by creating an opportunity for the local community to give feedback on key issues directly to people in leadership positions using the “Have your say” questionnaire section while contributing directly to local initiatives and activities. The project will culminate in a finale event during the last week of September showcasing the community’s response to the questionnaire and film premiere of the short film produced during the project.
